You’re right—the profile menu is top-right. Let’s correct that:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of ChatGPT.
- Select Settings.
- In the Settings modal, choose Data Controls on the left.
- Click Memory and make sure “ChatGPT can save to and load from memory” is On.
- Close Settings, refresh the page, then open Your GPTs → Builder → Customize again and look for Memory & data in the sidebar.
Let me know if the Memory toggle appears now. If it still doesn’t show, we’ll switch immediately to the RAG-based fallback.

Step 1: Open the Memory settings
- Click Settings (top-right profile menu).
- In the Settings modal, click Data Controls on the left.
- Under Data Controls, click Memory.
Let me know once you’re on the Memory screen (or if you don’t see “Memory” there).
I then upload a screen-grab.

Let’s skip the built-in memory toggle and build our own RAG memory in Supabase (since you’re already using it). We’ll do one clear task at a time.
