Why did OpenAI remove a Changelog entry?

This is a question for the OpenAI Staff.

I’m curious why they removed the Changelog entry for May 09th, 2024:

I realized because I’m the maintainer of a library and I had prepared an update related to: “Add support for images on Thread Messages”.

As a maintainer I trust that Changelog to be a truthly source to be aware of the OpenAI changes.
