Hello, this is my first post here.
I use the ChatGPT app on macOS — currently the free version, but I’m planning to upgrade to ChatGPT Plus. Out of curiosity, could anyone tell me which model(s) the free and paid versions of ChatGPT for macOS use? GPT-4, or GPT-4 Turbo, or GPT-4o, or maybe OpenAI o1? I don’t see any settings related to this in the app itself.

The operating system whether macOS or Windows is not a determining factor for the AI model used in the ChatGPT app. The model selection is entirely based on your subscription (Free or ChatGPT Plus) and is managed server-side by OpenAI.
