your words always have impact bro. There are other words you know. I can’t afford both OpenAI and Azure. I will just pay my 20 next week and stick with OpenAI.

You don’t need to sign up for Azure to get paid API access.
The paid API to OpenAI is available at Product
This is totally different (a different billing cadence, a different way to pay, and no monthly minimum, only pay for usage) than the $20/month OpenAI ChatGPT paid subscription.
If you want to develop on top of GPT-4, you might want to cancel the ChatGPT subscription and use the API access instead.
(Also, GPT-4 is generally available to developers in the US, but if you’re somewhere else, I don’t know if it’s available or not yet.)
