I am wondering about and anticipating when o1-preview will be available for Assistants v2. That seems like it will be a landmark day for this service.

Same, we need O1 Assistant API. We need the source info (broken for many months)…
Hard to work when we have no support from OpenAI and no roadmap…

Agreed, but I would say it’s still months away at least (pure speculation).
I wanted to bump this to see if anyone else was interested or might know the answer now that o1 and o1-mini are out of beta. It seems like theres been a heavy emphasis on chat completions for these reasoning models. Is it a technical concern about integration with Assistants v2 or would it be something that just will never happen?

Me too! It’s going to be amazing when it comes I’d just love some clarity aha. I guess it’s a mystery! We wait patiently and we hope.
