May I ask if anyone is concerned about this issue? Starting from December 1st, the gpt4.0-preview-1106 function call function will become unavailable. This is very urgent. Please reply with a resolution time. Thank you

The resolution is not to use this preview model until this function-calling behavior can be sorted out.

Could it be even as severe as having trained the whole new model (with its up-to-April 2023 knowledge at great expense) on an improper Unicode preprocessing of function tuning? We don’t know, and can’t affect any fix except by reporting, which has been done.
