Our company fine-tuned a model atop gpt-3.5-turbo-0613
I have read that gpt-3.5-turbo-0613 will be shutdown June 2024
When gpt-3.5-turbo-0613 is shutdown will my fine-tune built atop 0613 shutdown as well?

Found some other posts which seem to suggest the answer is yes need to fine-tune a replacement. Please if this is not correct write me back, thanks.

Pretty sure the fine-tunes will go away as they did last time.

We were able to train a replacement on top of gpt-3.5-turbo-0125 and so far are happy with the results, the model needed a few more examples versus our gpt-3.5-turbo-0613 fine-tuning but nothing significant. I plan to leave the 0613 fine-tune in place just to see if it does get removed / disabled so we’ll have this info known for later.
Just FYI: I had a look at the documentation and it seems that fine-tuned models are treated somewhat separately from the actual deprecation, meaning they remain available for use past the deprecation date (see last sentence):
