If I click the left arrow, all the conversations below it gets deleted.
Anyone know why this appears?

I tested to see what is causing that choice from appearing and it seems it just appears out of nowhere. I thought it was giving me two response to choose from but that was not the case, It just appearead in my third prompt and if I choose to view the 1/2, the prompt responses below gets removed.
<2/2> is stating that you have 2 versions of the prompt and that you are looking at the second version. This notation shows up after editing a prompt.
The left arrow < will restore the earlier edit of the prompt and the conversation as it was then.
In this case it seems you edited the prompt before a reply was created then submitted the edited prompt which created a reply. In using < you discovered that it reverts to the earlier edit and thus the conversation at that point which had no reply.
