this is extremely rare this never happens
FYI, the service hasnāt gone down like this in 2 years (mind you that was beta testing). This is a pretty major outage, so whether or not your plan supports a feature is irrelevant as the service these features is hosted on is simply down. Itās a valid thing to ask about, but in this context, Iām not so sure that anything can be done until the service is back up.

Well to be more clear this was Monday. I tried advanced voice for the free 15 min for free users, liked it so I payed for gpt plus. Then I got back on to use advanced chat again and it said it was standard now and I had reached my limit?

yes there are set limits they are timed though again this outage may have snowballed and i can see how you may be frustrated, but once its back up youāll have everything i pay too
