I want to use open ai api to make an ai image generation project. So, what should i purchase, and how should do it?.

I cant understand how my money is going to burn, I watched tutorials, they said only buying the gpt 3.5 api key version would work, but here is another pricing table for Dall E, Can I use the “gpt-3.5-turbo-0125” model to use in my image generation project, or I have to use the "DALL·E 3 " model?

DALL-E is the model that actually creates the image based on a prompt.

If you want to add additional conversation around the image generation you can use the 3.5 model, but be aware that only GPT 4 and 4o have vision capabilities.

You purchase credits in advance and then decide for which model you want to spend them.
