I’m still a beginner when it comes to this any tips and recommendations will be appreciated, I developed an application that lets o4 mini to extract text from physical exam papers and check it based on a predefined answer key, my problem is the ai instead of extracting the text as it is, it’ll replace some wrong answers with its own answers and corrects the student’s wrong answer when it should only extract the text from the paper as it is, I already placed a prompt in the code to not do it and only extract text, but it keeps replacing some wrong extracted answer with its own, currently it takes a photo of the entire physical exam paper, then just prompted it to not included the question and only the numbering and answers on a raw data for evaluation
