Using API with the model "gpt-4" gives 404

Hello,

I see many posts of people already using chat-completion-API with the models for gpt-4, but for me I get always a 404 error.
Has something fundamentally changed in using version 4?

We use a paid account for API, but are still in the free tier. Do we have something special to do in order to apply for using gpt-4?

GPT-4 is currently in a limited beta and only accessible to those who have been granted access. Please join the waitlist to get access when capacity is available.
