User API keys not available

I’m at a loss because the API key suddenly doesn’t work.

And also,
The menu suddenly disappeared. : Settings - Your profile - “User API keys”

In other openai accounts, the “User API keys” menu was not deleted.

OpenAI has not been granting access to this for a while for new accounts.

Perhaps they are also looking at those not using them, either, or retiring by tier.
