Usage threshold notification to custom email address

Hi - I see we can a set a billing/usage thresholds where once they are crossed an email is set to all owners in our account. I’m wondering if it’s possible to have this sent to a custom email address that isn’t a user on the account? The use case I’m thinking of is we using a tool for alerting (OpsGenie in our case) that can generate alerts in our system when they receive an email. It’s possible for it to be sent to an owner and we forward it to that email, but I’d rather be direct if possible. Thanks!
