I pay for Plus and have been prompting -4o in a back and forth conversation for the last hour or so.
I went to create a new chat in 4 and my limit won’t reset for another 2 hours. How is that possible? Does OpenAI fall back on 4 from 4o when 4o is struggling, but not tell the user?

I am not sure, but probably there is a bug on web app time being.
I prompted only 12 times in the last 4 hours. And it shows “And You’ve reached the current usage cap for GPT-4, please try again after…” But also this is a custom GPT not regular ChatGPT.
However, I switched to iPhone app, it works regularly without any problem, and not saying “You have reached…”
I tried again on web, and same alert, but I am still using on iPhone, and no problem.
I hope it will be solved soon.
