Usage limits for chatgpt api?

How many times a second can I call the chat-gpt api?

Each response is taking around 10 seconds and that’s 8 hours in serial…I’m wanting to parallelize the calls 10 at a time for example, but I don’t know what the throttling limits are for a paid account.

At the time of this post, there is no current official ChatGPT API. Usage of non-official ChatGPT API’s is a violation of our Terms of Service and a disservice to all other developers playing by the rules. We are however, working on the ChatGPT API, we encourage you to join the waitlist. In the meantime, check out the Completions API which can do very similar tasks to what ChatGPT does. When the official API becomes available, we will update you in this thread and elsewhere.
