Unusual activity detected with unlimited Pro?

I received this message 2 hours ago. I have a Pro subscription, but it seems like it’s not unlimited anymore…

"Unusual activity detected
We’ve temporarily restricted your access to O1 Pro mode as we review for potential abuse. Please email support@openai.com for help."

I have the Pro plan, which is supposed to be unlimited, and it includes:

  • Everything in Plus
  • Unlimited access to O1, O1-mini, GPT-4, and advanced voice (audio only)
  • Higher limits for video and screen sharing in advanced voice
  • Access to O1 Pro mode, which uses more compute for the best answers to the hardest questions
  • Extended access to Sora video generation

I followed the support advice:

  • I don’t use a VPN.
  • I tried switching networks.
  • I don’t have any browser extensions.
  • I logged out, logged back in, and tried again.

But none of these have helped restore my access. Furthermore, I emailed your support team over 2 hours ago and have yet to receive a response.

The chatbot tells me that you will answer when you can, but it seems I was flagged for no reason.

Since the beginning of this month, I’ve been disconnected from your services three times due to issues, and Sora is unavailable in my territory. I haven’t used O1 Pro much.

So, can I be flagged for overusing your resources?

I have the same problem today, can I know how long does it take to recover your access?
