Description:
I encountered a bug in ChatGPT where a specific text string was incorrectly converted into junk characters.
Steps to Reproduce:
- I asked ChatGPT to translate the following Urdu sentence into English:
2.“اس جگہ مسعود کو آپ نے کھینچ کے بولنا ہے، کچھ اس طرح… Masoooooooood”* - The expected response was a translation that maintained the stretched pronunciation of “Masoooooooood.”
- However, ChatGPT instead returned a response where the “Masoooooooood” string was replaced with junk characters (e.g., !!! continued over multiple lines).
Expected Behavior:
ChatGPT should maintain the stretched pronunciation without altering the text into unreadable characters.
Actual Behavior:
The output contained junk characters instead of the correct text.
