"Unexpected Error" and "Unable to extract text from (document)" errors

Been trying to upload files even though the status page marks it as “resolved”. Still only going through mitigation or what? I don’t understand. I even broke documents down into 300 pages or less, manually cleared images, re-sized fonts and re-did a lot of headers. Still get the errors while uploading locally or from google docs.
