Uncontrolled api consumption

I have the api keys consuming credit and being destroyed. and it is uncontrollable, I do not receive a response from openai

I don’t get a response and I don’t know what to do, I’m desperate. My api consumption has been uncontrolled for the last two days and I am not using it.

Have you cancelled all your keys?

Are new ones being created? If you cancel the keys, they can’t be used.

Even after eliminating them, they still have consumption. I have already sent screenshots and a thousand messages but there is no response.

When did you eliminate them exactly? Recently? A while ago?

I deleted them a while ago, I was only using the API key for gpt3.5 and the consumption is for gpt4 and gpt4 turbo, models that I am not using. If I use 3.5, why does it consume gtp4? fence lack of control that little response from openai

As mentioned, you need to reach out to help.openai.com… If you’ve deleted your API keys, they shouldn’t be showing on your usage page. I’d also make sure your computer hasn’t been hacked…

I’m 100% sure it’s not pirated. I am using gpt 3 and they are charging me for gtp4

I continue generating with gtp 3 and they continue billing for gpt 4, I delete the api, I create it again and the same thing keeps happening, my computer is not hacked, but I could already imagine where the chosen responses would be. thanks anyway.

Rescind all keys, check the members of your team who have access to keys from your organisation, check for a compromised development machine, check that your API keys are not stored in any public facing applications. I have already conducted many tests and have screenshots that prove everything. I am not interested in complicating things with lawsuits, but I will closely monitor the usage. It’s clear to me that OpenAI’s support for API issues is non-existent. I still haven’t received a response to my message with the screenshots sent over 24 hours ago…

It seems that the consumption is established and when I use gpt3 it does not consume 4.
