Hi @d14njc, a 404 with the message “Your organization does not have access to this endpoint” usually means the Voice feature isn’t enabled for the org tied to your API key (even though the endpoint exists).

A couple quick things to check:

  • Make sure the API key you’re using belongs to the correct organization/project
  • Confirm that Voice features are enabled for that org

If Voice should already be enabled and you’re still seeing this, it’s best to contact Support at support@openai.com so they can verify org-level access on their side.

no, did not. i gave up on it, don’t need this feature enough to warrant having to call a sales team and talk to a sales rep. there is another way to achieve the same goal w/o openai
