Unable to Load History - Cannot use ChatGPT

I cannot use chatGPT. this interface showing my error… Only showing Version 4 and Alpha Version… Iam using Free account, usualy use Version 3 or 3.5…

I already try:

  1. In Laptop, using Wifi, using chrome, it is not working
  2. In Laptop, using Wifi, using other browser, it is not working
  3. In Smartphone, using same Wifi, using android Apps, it is working
  4. In Laptop, using Tethering Broadband from Smartphone, using chrome, it is working

any resolve to this problem?
