Unable to automate and retrieve data from the assistant

I am trying to get a summary after reading through a few documents in my Playground account through the Assistant. however, I am getting a run time error message saying that my limit of tokens has exceeded. please find the screenshot attached. I have tried all methods of removing the files and reattaching them, deleting the assistants, etc but unable to resolve the issue. Please help me out and solve my issue

I had interacted with the user

Just to add to the post, the user had initially attached documents along with the message, which explains that the tokens were taken up

However, he later deleted all such assistant threads, uploaded files into a vector store & created a new assistant that uses that vector store. No other assistants are running & he still gets the same error as reported by him

Sounds like a nasty bug in the playground and/or in the API
