Dear all,
After checking with the team, all tokens of appreciation should now be sent out on a regular basis. I was informed that every organization that crossed the thresholds in 2025 should receive their gifts soon, if they have not already.
I am not entirely sure how often this process repeats, but I suggest giving it some time and follow-up here if your token has not arrived after a reasonable waiting period.
hey, we had passed 10B input tokens in 2025, but we havn’t received any email about this token yet. I also noticed that we havent verified our organisation yet, due to some issues with verificaiton process. Should this be the issue?

I think we’ll cross 100B before we ever get the 10B award. What an injustice some get it, and others don’t.

I have a question about the Milestone Awards.
We passed the 10B level on August 31, 2025, but it looks like we missed the reward because the first batch cutoff was July 2025.
Since then, we’ve also passed 20B tokens, but we still haven’t heard anything from OpenAI. Wasn’t there supposed to be another batch or a new round of awards?
I’m seeing people on LinkedIn still receiving Milestone Awards regularly, so I wanted to check if there’s an updated process or anything we should do on our side.
Also, for community members: is anyone here receiving an award even though you passed the criteria after the first batch cutoff (post–July 2025)? If yes, did OpenAI reach out automatically, or did you have to apply / contact someone?

Silver, Black, and Blue tiers used to require 10B / 100B / 1T tokens. They now require 100B / 1T / 10T which is 10x higher.
Can anyone share the reasoning behind the change?
