I paid the 200 dollar chatgpt subscription because of how helpful the o1 pro model was for coding. Now it has been replaced by the much worse o3 pro model. Compared to the o1 pro model the o3 pro is much slower and seems to have much lower character limits for its responses. Is OpenAI doing this to save money? I have asked for a refund for the 200 dollars or for them to enable the o1 pro model for me again.

Agreed on both points (speed and quality of responses). I’ve come to rely on o1 pro. This is a problem for my productivity.
