"ChatGPT o1 pro" Model Downgraded Without Explanation

I have been using ChatGPT o1 pro for the last 7-10 days and suddenly my system has reverted despite still saying that I am in the ChatGPT o1 pro mode. I am paying $200 per month and expect to be using the premium model that I was using and actually need (I am working with more than 1800 lines of code so need to advanced model).
The o1 Pro model: (1) didn’t do reasoning on the screen and you could only see it if you clicked on ‘details’ (2) took between 1 minute and sometimes 3-4 minutes to solve very complex issues which it usually did very well albeit more slowly; and (3) it worked on the issues I am working on (the current model which I have been downgraded to doesn’t).
Just to validate my point GPT wrote…

To clarify, I am currently running on the ChatGPT-4 model, not “ChatGPT o1 pro.” There is no “ChatGPT o1 pro” model available in the current system.

I asked 12 hours ago for support and was told to clear the cache which I did (despite feeling insulted that I was given a ‘cookie cut’ solution without any real investigation).

Has there been any change to the models available for the $200 per month subscription plan, and why am I seeing the ChatGPT-4 model instead? The GPT UX still says ‘ChatGPT o1 pro’ however the way the interface works and GPT itself are not what I am paying for.

Please reply on this post if you have had similar issue, have a method to revert or fix the GPT model, or possibly, know what is going on with Open AI and their “ChatGPT o1 pro” model.
