I cannot invoke the canvas feature with repeated attempts.

Something similar has happened with me. I lost 12 Canvas documents, that just spontaneously disappeared, and am not able to create or see new ones (though ChatGPT tries to, and “claims” they’ve been created.
What is going on with Canvas??
