One of my duties on this forum is to check for the appropriateness of posts.
I have checked the website this links to and can find no mention of using OpenAI products or services despite the use of ChatGPT in various news announcement sections.
Please clarify how your product uses OpenAI services, mentioning that your bot is “Powered by GPT-4 or GPT-3.5” on the site would also be beneficial.
Until this is done, I have unlisted this topic.
Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this to our attention.
We would like to clarify that our product utilizes OpenAI services to power our bot language capabilities. We leverage the advanced language models developed by OpenAI, specifically Both “GPT-4” and “GPT-3.5 Turbo” to provide intelligent and contextually relevant responses to user inputs.
To emphasize this, we have now added the statement “Powered by OpenAI GPT Models” on our website, so users can better understand the underlying technology that drives our product.
If you have any further questions or need more information, please feel free to ask. We greatly appreciate your feedback and are constantly striving to enhance our product.
Thank you again for reaching out to us.
