Subject: Ongoing Error Issues with ChatGPT - Urgent Support Request4

Hello @OpenAI_Support team,

I am experiencing a very annoying issue since Monday regarding the use of ChatGPT. Since I started using this service, I’ve consistently encountered repeated and illogical errors that prevent me from continuing the conversation. Here are the details of the problem I’ve been facing:

Error Details: While using ChatGPT in the app version, the system suddenly stops due to an error message indicating that I cannot continue the conversation due to an image, even though I have never sent an image in that particular chat session.
This error happens every 5 to 15 minutes, even when I haven’t been using the app for long, and started occurring from last night.
I have followed all the steps recommended by support, including trying on a different device, switching WiFi and mobile data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, trying in the browser and incognito mode across all the latest browser versions, logging out and logging back in whenever I try to start a conversation, creating a new account, not using DNS as per support instructions, clearing app memory and cache, and updating ChatGPT to the latest version. Despite all these steps, the issue continues and the error just happen in three conversation sessions with gpt-4o but when I’m talking long with two conversation with gpt-4o the error didn’t happening

Device Used:

I am using a Redmi 9A

App version I am using: 1.2025.084

Steps I’ve Tried:

Trying on a different device

Switching WiFi and mobile data

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Trying in browsers and incognito mode in all the latest browser versions

Logging out and logging back in every time I try to start a conversation

Creating a new account, and the issue still persists

Not using DNS as instructed by support

Clearing app memory and cache

Updating ChatGPT to the latest version

Contacting support via email and have yet to receive a reply.

Resetting my dns

Upgrade my Android os to the latest version

Follow some permissions app

Time of Issue:

I have been facing this problem since Friday or Saturday and it has been occurring more frequently since Monday.

Other Issues:

When the error happens, I cannot use the app to continue the conversation.

This experience is very frustrating because I have not done anything else in the conversation. In the past, I have sent a photo of song lyrics under 20MB, and I was aware that this would trigger an error, which I encountered at that time. However, recently, the errors have been happening even without doing anything that should trigger it.

Expectations from this Report:

I am hoping for a solution or a fix from the support team so I can continue using the app comfortably without any disruptive issues.
