I am have not used the script with my APi in more than 2 weeks then suddenly my credit card gets charged 2 times in one day for GPT-3.5-turbo-0125 API requests 5,775 How do I reach someone about a refund?

First thing I did was cancel keys. As for the rest, they are securely stored but maybe clearly not securely enough. Not deployed, but on test server that I shared link with a few people to test the app. I did reach out to OpenAI and they issued refund.
