I’d cancel your keys in the meantime in case they were leaked…
First thing I did was cancel keys. As for the rest, they are securely stored but maybe clearly not securely enough.
Not deployed, but on test server that I shared link with a few people to test the app.
I did reach out to OpenAI and they issued refund.
