Hi, has anyone had a similar issue? Unsure where to post this.
I started getting massive billing of GPT4-Turbo and GPT4 as well as audio models even though we are not using them. The spike suddenly appeared on Nov 13 and even after removing all API keys and stopping all other work, we are still getting billed. 
What is happening at OpenAI?

A few others have mentioned a similar experience, please bare with it and make sure you use the support bot (bottom corner of help.openai.com) to report the issue.
There are many new users since Devday, and the support team is under a great deal of load, they will get back to you but it may take some time
