After generating images Sora sometimes requests the user to choose between multiple options which generated image(s) are the best. Unfortunately this feature “hangs” most of the time it appears. This happens then:
I click on the thumbnail “Pick the best images”
A screen appears with headline “Pick up to 2 images to keep”
A loading circle is shown “Loading options”
→ from there nothing more happens, this screen remains, without showing said images to choose from.
this means one of the images didn’t pass content guidelines, but it doesn’t recognise that when you ask it to load the images, so it tries to load the failed variant and just… doesn’t. The pick feature will only work if all four variants pass the content filters, otherwise you’re going to get stuck in limbo. What I have noticed is that after a couple of days, the three viable images appear in your my media feed, so just be patient.
