Sora not allowing image with 'people'

I’m on the Team Plan but still get the error:

Media containing people

Your account does not currently support creating videos with uploaded media containing people. If you upload a photo or video that contains people the video will fail to generate and you will not be charged any credits.

SORA not allowing PEOPLE is akin to saying you may not generate images of the world. We know this is a block against deepfakes of real people but so broad and frankly ridiculous as to render SORA nearly useless.

They need to amend this ASAP or the great promise of this platform is over before it started.

EDIT: also agree this is a huge bait and switch considering most of the SORA promos contained PEOPLE. which is a huge misrepresentation.

SORA heed your early adopters and quickly.

If they at least gave you 3-5 sample videos with plus it would be more of an incentive to actually get pro. Who wants to spend $200/month for a product they may not like. ABSURDDDD!!!

New to Sora, and on the Plus plan.

Strangely, yesterday I generated several videos of people from images I’d generated in chatGPT. Today, it won’t create these anymore, hence I’ve ended up here.

I can occasionally get sora to generate new videos of people, but once I upload a generated image of a person or an image of myself, it refuses.

I wonder how I managed to do this yesterday?

Well, it’s scant consolation to know I’m not alone, but it’s consolation nonetheless. The good news is that Sora allows images to be created, but the bad news is that it’s hit an miss, and you constantly get the irritating message “This content can’t be shown for now. We’re still developing how we evaluate which content conflicts with our policies. Think we got it wrong? Let us know.”

The problem is that there is no means of providing detailed feedback. In addition, while there are restrictions on using existing photos of people, including public figures, there are no problem in generating pictures of the same public figures, though there are quite rightly restrictions on what they can be portrayed as doing.
