Sora 2 API - Video Generation Stuck in in_progress State

Hi Everyone I started 2 video generation jobs around 7 hours ago, one on sora-2 and one on sora-2-pro, and both of the jobs are still stuck in the in_progress state, 7 hours later. I was billed for them within minutes of starting the job, so they’ve been paid for but no result… Any idea how I can get them across the line?
