Can we get ANY feedback on all those in_progress stuck videos, and all this charges for Failed runs?
If it FAIL why we should pay for it? (For unknown reasons, if it’s moderation or something, well, i get it)
If it stuck in_progress cos of some backend issues, why we should pay for it?
Fix ur bugs, disable API if needed.
Or at least give us some feedback… Like its so low from you guys to do this like that.
