Someone other than me is using my ChatGPT account without my permission. I cannot change the password. I have not shared my password and account anywhere. It has nothing to do with the keylogger. From last week someone is using without permission and bought chatgpt plus with my registered card. Since I am logged in with gmail, I logged in from my gmail account and changed my gmail account password. I looked at the active sessions and no one has logged into my gmail account, so they are accessing the accounts directly via chatgpt. Still, I secured my job and changed my gmail password and closed all my active sessions. Despite this, the unauthorized person accessing my account is still using my account. I can’t change the password anyway because I’m logged in with Gmail.

It seems there is no way to force a user out of their session once it has been authenticated or a browser has been cookied. No way to view or remove active sessions from your account. You’d have to wait for a person to close their web browser, or whatever the natural timeout is for persistent login.

You see their chats? Put “unauthorized user: I have someone that is using my ChatGPT without my permission. Let them know I see their criminal activity and they shall log out immediately.” as a message.

Yes, he chats hundreds of times a day and tries to write illegal programs with different texts on chatgpt.

I would recommend a message to support staff via help.openai.com chat assistant. Let them know the situation before it becomes an even bigger problem. They may have a tool that allows a better account reset than the user interface we are given.
