SOC 2 report and penetration test

Does anyone know how to get SOC 2 report and penetration test report from OpenAI?
Need blessing from my InfoSec team and they need to review those docs.
I can’t find it anywhere and OpenAI is unreachable.

I reviewed OpenAI SOC2 - Very light controls. The report I saw was only for 3 months (ending 12/31/23) and only security is in scope.
