Sign out on Codex for Windows shows an error screen

Hi,

I’m having an issue when trying to sign out of Codex on Windows.

When I click Sign out, Codex shows an error screen instead of returning to the login screen. Because of this, if I want to log in with another OpenAI account, I need to completely close Codex and open it again.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Codex on Windows.
  2. Click Sign out.
  3. An error screen is displayed.
  4. Close Codex completely.
  5. Open Codex again to be able to log in with another account.

Expected behavior:
After signing out, Codex should return directly to the login screen so I can sign in with another account.

Actual behavior:
An error screen appears, and I need to restart Codex before I can log in again.
