I have subscribed to Plus on the 2nd of march 2023. Now It shows that im on free plan and i cant use the service the plus features anymore.
do anyone have a similar problem and to whom should i connect ?

its seems to be a technical issue, now it works fine.
I have the same problem actually, not fixed for me
This issue is usually observed when there has been a major outage. Logging out and then back in might help.
I have been having the same problem; customer service does not respond. Anyone know how to fix it?
