I am hosting an event with about 200 founders and college students from the startup ecosystem in Newport Beach, CA area (Just outside Los Angeles, CA). (We will have at least 10 universities plus many Startup and VC groups from the LA and Orange County area in attendance. This is one of the largest gathering of its kind in Southern California. (Total attendance will be in the 400+ range.)
I would love to schedule a 3-hour hackathon (or workshop) during this event. I am wondering if there is anyone at OpenAI that I can speak with to discuss the possibility of OpenAI running this hackathon. (We will handle venue and WIFI.) If anyone can refer me to the right person or team. (I know OpenAI for Startups has similar projects, but I can’t seem to connect with anyone.)

It’s been about a week since I reached out. I haven’t received any response from the community team yet. Any idea how long it normally takes to receive any kind of response. We are getting closer to the event, so if OpenAI is not available for this hackathon, we will have to fill that time slot with other workshops, so I need to know soon. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
