Where can I find the list of gpt models I can fine tune?
Is it possible I can retrieve this list from the api? If so can I get the documentation?

You can get the list from the pricing page but not from the API.
Note that you can get the list of your previously fine-tuned models for further tuning only via the platform.
Edit: I need to correct myself. You can get the list of previously fine-tuned models when you request the available models from the API.
