Hi!
We have applied to the Researcher Access Program in May 2024. The application ID is 0000000558 . In July 2024 the status seems to have been updated to the following: “Please add institutional users to your org”. Since we did not receive any email about the status change, we noticed this only in September and added institutional affiliations to all users in our organisation. However, there is no way for us to let the reviewing team know that we have implemented the request. We were hoping that the process is automatic and the system might let the reviewers know of the change in our org. But we did not receive any other updates in more than a month.
Could anybody in the OpenAI team please check the status and let us know how should we proceed?
