Another option would be Typst:

Itā€™s open-source, a little more syntax friendly, and offers the complete package of document layout & rendering. I wouldnā€™t be surprised to see an ā€œAI Agentā€ offering for it soon.

I have a bunch of files in different formats (csv, json) that Typst can load in and display as PDF. Iā€™m planning on updating it to HTML (new feature in experimental).

When Typst is activated it can use the data from these files to ā€œfillā€ the document. Providing easy reports that look nice.

Hello,

The reports that I write are just in plain text. And there is no need for layout. Becuase I insert the info in textboxes into a system. I got a semi minor flu yesterday so I could not enter Cursor. I was able to get help from ChatGPT on a synthesizer problem in eurorack that is solved now which was surprising.

I asked GPT how to extraxt email adresses from a wordfile in cursor, it gave me a python and VBA solution and I went with the VBA solution. So it is my first VBA it was a fantastic experience to copy paste in some code! =)) I already feel like an experiened CIA hacker.

Ok it sorted the emails but it added a heading for each domain with belonging emails under which i am currently struggeling to remove.

Now Its time for the first task, I want to move a project for article writing into cursor and continue there, but it seems that the context will be lĆ³st if I do so. Is it not possible to tell Cursor which of my promts that are tunings or something?
