That issue was Invalid SDP offer in starting SIP call - #35 by Sean-Der thread and was from a bad commit. I reverted and re-landed with things properly implemented.
For the webhook issue I have gotten a few traces and seems like things are timing out after only 5 seconds (instead of 10?) I am working on debugging now!
