Is it possible to create an assistant the independently uses code_intreprer when needed but also uses function calling to call declared functions?
This is already available. By default, they’re off. You can toggle them when creating an Assistant. The AI will always please itself with Code Interpreter for any calculation or calculative reasoning so it can charge you that small fee in using code_interpreter to reply to your query
