Purchased plus through apple appstore, still on free plan

i purchased ChatGPT Plus 3 Days ago on my Apple Device, logged in with my Apple Account, but im still on the Free Plan. Contacted Support 2 times now and followed all steps the OpenAI Support, Apple Support and the Community told me to do, still without any success. my latest Questions and things to do, that i wrote in Support chat, still are unanswered and im a little angry by now, because im paying for a service i dont recieve and also dont get any help by support. is there a way to get help?

Maybe you can ask for a refund with Apple Support. I think there is a good chance it can go through since you aren’t even able to enjoy the service.

openai support doesnt even try, all my questions in support chat are unanswered, no reaction

Try paying for Plus in ChatGPT’s web version. If you can’t, I would suggest you wait for OpenAi’s support’s reply and see if they can resolve your issue. I hope you get to enjoy the service. Best of luck.

I have the same problem for 3 days already. Bought the plus version and I am still on the free plan. And of course, no answer from people in charge of this. Is there an email or any real customer service?
