Project ID creation under subscription

I would like to know, if there are processes to incoporate project ID and then use those Project IDs to track the usage.
Say, If am running 5 projects ( 2 are having indivudual finetunings) under one subscription, how do i track based on the projects.
Also, is there any API to access tokens, numbers of API requested and about billing directly in the api ?
It might be there. If yes, can someone direct me to the link ?
