If you’ve logged into ChatGPT on other browsers, make sure to log out of them one by one. Next, go to the main browser you typically use for ChatGPT and log out of all devices by following these steps:
Settings → Security → Log out all
Keep in mind that the log-out process may take up to 30 minutes to complete in the background.
Afterward, clear your browser’s history, cache, and cookies. If you’re using a VPN or an unsecured public Wi-Fi, disable them.
Finally, log back into ChatGPT using your clean browser.
Note: Sometimes, extensions, plugins, or scripts can cause issues, so consider disabling them if needed.
