The file upload button in Playground Assistants threads stopped working yesterday. I have confirmed this is a problem across different accounts. It is reproducible across browsers. The impact is I can no longer upload images to my thread via image URL or file upload. It is not a format issue - the function was working fine earlier with the same .jpg’s.
Please note: this is not file upload to file search or code interpreter - they still work fine. This is image upload within a message thread.
The bug manifests as the button is depressible, and the usual interface is presented, but as you release the button the interface disappears. To see how it should behave, go to the Playgrounds / Chat button where the same button works fine (the interface remain visible after button release).

The impact of this is severe as any prompt requiring thread file input is now broken for all users!
I’d be grateful for a fix and an explanation asap.
